Description
We are a building company in Culham, Abingdon specialising in extensions, full home renovations and new builds. We currently have a staff of 24 and work on multiple projects throughout Oxfordshire.Responsibilities:
- Oversee daytoday office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for directors
- Support human resources functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and data entry
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus

£22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
