Description
We are a building company in Culham, Abingdon specialising in extensions, full home renovations and new builds. We currently have a staff of 24 and work on multiple projects throughout Oxfordshire.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daytoday office operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for directors
  • Support human resources functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and data entry
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
  • Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
