JOB DESCRIPTION


The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing effective administration support to the Chief Operating Officer of KERB Ventures and various stakeholders to support with the future of food halls.

The main aim of this role is achieving operational effectiveness and ensuring efficiency of workflows.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be constantly thinking of how to make your manager's job seamless. You are exceptionally organised, resourceful and a strategic multitasker.

Due to the nature of the KERB Group there are always multiple events, miscellaneous tasks and plenty of conflicting meetings going on, so you'll need to be on the ball organisationally, and have an incredible eye for detail.

You have a positive approach in everything you do, thrive under pressure and act with initiative to get the job done, no matter what.


KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Multitasking, being able to bounce around the various arms of the KERB Group whilst staying focused.
  • You'll have a proactive approach to administrative tasks and coordination, a few examples include;
  • Meeting scheduling, prepping and followup after with any minutes, action plans, correspondence.
  • Diary management can get complex with conflicting obligations, this will need constant monitoring and dealt with accordingly.
  • Coordinating room bookings, video conferencing setup and personal appointment bookings/reservations, travel booking (including international travel) and admin.
  • Ensure your manager's digital file system (Drive etc) is regularly updated and easy to navigate.
  • Get to know and coordinate with our stakeholders, contractors and the rest of the team, creating trust and building relationships
  • Support your manager with planning events. There will be many
  • Having an approachable and engaging personality.
  • Maintaining the appropriate level of professionalism and tactfulness when trusted with personal and confidential information.
  • You'll have to be comfortable establishing relationships with anyone and everyone in this role, a proper people person.
  • Positive and flexible attitude with the ability to problem solve and think laterally.
  • Passionate about connecting, creating positive environments and making people happy through new projects, programmes and ideas.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
years experience of working in a similar role and ready to hit the ground running

  • If you've worked in hospitality even better
  • 23 years as a junior PA / administrator / coordinator supporting at Director level or higher, ideally in a fastgrowth company
  • If you're someone who is looking to take the next step in their career, you'll be joining at an integral time for the KERB Group
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise efficiently and promptly
  • Speaks fluent 'Office', e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint, also able to navigate all Google Drive well
  • Professional and excellent communication, both verbally and written
  • A selfstarter, with the ability to manage projects from start to finish
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in from time to time on nondesignated areas of the business
  • A love of food
