Job Role


Following an internal promotion, we are now recruiting for a Document Controller to join our Specialist Project Division of the business, based at our head office in Wakefield reporting to our Contracts Manager.


  • Registering, distributing, filing, and archiving project documentation in accordance with Document Control Procedure
  • Maintain a master document register of the latest project documents on a project and ensure that all recipients are transmitted the relevant documents they require as soon as new revisions are received.
  • Preparing site files
  • Responsible for formatting, and issuing RAMS, programmes and all other documentation to the client.
  • Liaising with the client to establish asbuilt package requirements, collating specified documents and submitting on time at the end of each project
  • Build Strong working relationship with designers, Project Manager and Client document controllers to ensure information is distributed efficiently and information related queries are dealt with quickly
  • Attend project related meetings and minute take
  • Contribute to project closeout reports
  • Other General secretarial and office administration duties

Hybrid and flexible work hours available


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
