Job Role
Following an internal promotion, we are now recruiting for a Document Controller to join our Specialist Project Division of the business, based at our head office in Wakefield reporting to our Contracts Manager.
- Registering, distributing, filing, and archiving project documentation in accordance with Document Control Procedure
- Maintain a master document register of the latest project documents on a project and ensure that all recipients are transmitted the relevant documents they require as soon as new revisions are received.
- Preparing site files
- Responsible for formatting, and issuing RAMS, programmes and all other documentation to the client.
- Liaising with the client to establish asbuilt package requirements, collating specified documents and submitting on time at the end of each project
- Build Strong working relationship with designers, Project Manager and Client document controllers to ensure information is distributed efficiently and information related queries are dealt with quickly
- Attend project related meetings and minute take
- Contribute to project closeout reports
- Other General secretarial and office administration duties
- Other adhoc duties as required

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
