We have an exciting opportunity to join a high street retailer as a Property Administrator working closely with the Property Director you will provide full administration support by effectively planning, organisation and implementing administrative task to assist with the opening of new stores.

You will liaise with key stakeholders across the business and ensure your Directors are kept up to speed with all projects.


Duties will include:

  • To efficiently and effectively make appointments and coordinate dates, times and locations for meetings, telephone conversations and conference calls with individuals inside and outside the business.
  • To arrange travel itineraries that meet business needs and coordinate with corporate travel agents.
  • To effectively filter calls for the property department, ensuring requests are dealt with efficiently.
  • Arrange store inspections, liaising with the Head Office and external inspectors to facilitate a smooth process / access.
  • Effectively deal with all claims correspondence ensuring that the Legal function and Head Office receive correct copies
  • Assist with the preparation of documents to include board packs
  • Keeping all agreements and reports up to date, chasing documents and updates from Head Office.

£34,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
