PURPOSE OF THE ROLE


The
CRM Assistant will support the
CRM Manager with the running of the Loyalty Program logistics operations and delivering an excellent client experience, with the aim of improving client satisfaction, retention and engagement.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Support
CRM Manager with delivering excellent client experience of Loyalty Program


  • Handle customer queries from Client Services/Retail teams and respond in timely manner
  • Organise deliveries relating to customer queries
  • Liaise with Paris Client Services teams, provide relevant updates as required
  • Manage
    CRM loyalty stock inventory, store allocation orders and deliveries
  • Liaise with Paris
    CRM team regarding stock as required

Oversee Brand Engagement element of the Loyalty Program

  • Manage brand engagement content and rewards elements with support of intern
  • Train and oversee intern on brand engagement content and rewards setup

Reporting

  • Collate Customer Service reports on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Assist with KPI reporting on Loyalty Program

PROFILE

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Key Competencies/Technical Skills

  • Highly competent in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience in Power BI and Salesforce preferred
  • Logistics and operations experience
  • Adept at learning and using new technical tools
  • Analytical mindset
  • Clientcentric, customer services / retail experience
Profile

  • Strong experience in operational tasks (logistics, client relations) and excel
  • Demonstrable knowledge of luxury industry, interest in
    CRM
  • Highly organised and solutionoriented, with exceptional eye for detail
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Previous experience in
    CRM desirable, but not mandatory
  • English mother tongue
