Following investment from a global intellectual property group powerhouse, the brand is looking for agile delivery specialists with an affinity for delivering change to push the brand forwards throughout 2023.

Supporting numerous squads in the delivery of products against the digital roadmap, it's a fast-paced role at the forefront of our client's exciting new journey.

Key responsibilities:

Maintain responsibility for the creation of agile working environments that will promote inhabitants to deliver value to customers in incremental steps
Utilise your managerial experience and organise daily standup meetings and other team ceremonies ensuring that user stories are translated into actionable insights and firm plans are in place for teams to follow
Nurture your team to success through active encouragement
Work alongside a variety of different teams and ensure delivery is being effectively managed and optimised
Collaborate with figures across the business and ensure a thorough picture is built up around future demands etc.
Be accountable for complex techdriven delivery and maintain active communication across multiple internal and external stakeholders
Create transparency and predictability across your teams using appropriate tool and metrics including story mapping, roadmaps, sprint plans, burn down charts, cycle times, value stream maps and release plans
Consistently keep up to date with conflict management and make sure any issues that arise up are managed within the team quickly
Continually strive to improve delivery performance through the removal of impediments and optimisation of processes
Experience in working as an Agile Delivery / Technology Project Manager
Proven experience of delivering tech products within complex portfolios
Background working with Agile, Lean, and Waterfall methods
Methodical mindset that can break down and prioritise problems in a calm manner
Comfortable working in matrixmanaging multidisciplinary teams
Open to exploring new approaches and strategies
Excellent communication skills both written and orally
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Developed presentation and persuasion abilities
Possess a positive cando attitude that matches with the brand's ethos of hard work and passion
