About The Role


As the Co-founder responsible for Sales and Growth, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Tech Talent Hub.

Your expertise and insights will drive the development and execution of our growth strategies, ensuring we meet our objectives and continue to provide unparalleled value to our clients.

This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a mission-driven consultancy from the ground up, alongside a team of passionate professionals.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement comprehensive sales and growth strategies to achieve our business objectives.

Business Development:Identify and pursue new opportunities for Tech Talent Hub, expanding our client base and market presence.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, understanding their needs and how our services can support their success.

Marketing and Branding:Collaborate on marketing initiatives to enhance our brand recognition and value proposition in the tech startup ecosystem.

Team Collaboration:Work closely with the co-founding team to align sales strategies with our service offerings and company vision.

Experience:Proven track record in Sales and Growth, preferably within the HRTech or HR Consultancy/Services sectors.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: Passionate about building and scaling businesses, with a willingness to take calculated risks.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a focus on long-term success.
