Description

This Leicestershire business has been established for over 30 years and continues to grow and develop.

They are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner for 12 months. The company offers flexible working hours, particularly useful for those with commitments before and after work.

This is a significant role within the organisation where you will be the interface between the business and the finance team to provide advice, and commercial insight and drive improvements in the business.

You will review contracts and any contractual changes, product sales at month end, and liaise with senior management on new developments in the company.

You will ensure continuous improvement initiatives are appropriate while driving the implementation ofappropriate costing methodology and driving financial systems and process changes need to support the business.

You can manage the completion of commercial aspects of the monthly reporting cycle with comprehensive, meaningful, and insightful commentary. You will plan, coordinate and manage the annual budget activity across the business, and produce the annual budgetpack ensuring all necessary detail is included with meaningful and insightful commentary

You will be a finance professional (Qualified or Qualified by Experience) with strong stakeholder management skills. You will have solid analytical skills, experience in formulating strategy, strong cashflow management, and a background working in Manufacturing.
