About the Role:

Cover Supervisor Role:

Lead classes in teachers' absence, ensuring students participate in preplanned activities.
Nurture a positive and safe learning environment through effective behavior management.
Collaborate with colleagues to organize work and ensure access to necessary resources.
Offer constructive feedback to teachers regarding attendance, engagement, and task completion.
NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher, or a graduate aspiring for a career in education.
Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection policies (training provided).
Readiness to undergo additional training for continuous professional growth.
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and communication abilities.
Initiative and adaptability to diverse situations.
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to undergo the process.
A thorough and verifiable work history.
