Are you an Operations Manager ideally with Wealth Planning knowledge, looking for your next step into a Senior Management role?

Want to work for a real success story; a group of companies who are continually and quickly growing?


Due to this growth, we've added to our Senior Management structure, as we search for someone to lead our diverse and successful team within our Operations division.


Reporting into our COO, you'll be responsible for implementing our operations strategy in order to benefit our processes, people and systems, to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.


With experience of managing and developing teams and managers, you will be someone who can bring to life our "One Kingswood" vision; ensuring process, policies and procedures are consistent across the group and in line with our company values and behaviours.


With direct line management responsibility for our Regional Operations Managers across our Paraplanning, Client Liaison and Review teams, your responsibilities will also be for that of continuous improvement initiatives.


As the organisation grows, the needs for our teams alter - and so we need someone who will be able to drive improvements while navigating widespread changes.


Knowledge of the wealth planning lifecycle would be of obvious advantage in this role, as would any experience of implementing best practice initiatives in a growth environment.


As well as heading up our Operations Management team, you will provide support as required to our COO; whether that be chairing or attending meetings or acting is 2-I-C in her stead.
