We're looking for a Recruiter
Are you an experienced recruiter or customer service manager? Would you like to work for a leading healthcare provider?


Due to the continued growth of the organisation we have an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter to join our vibrant, fast-paced regional recruitment team.

As a driven, ambitious and a motivated self-starter, you will be responsible for resourcing and recruiting healthcare assistants and support workers within our complex care division, who have the skills, experience and values required to meet our client's needs.

You will support our growing regional business by taking on specific projects and assisting with pipeline and team cover during annual leave.

Superior Healthcare was established in response to our founders' personal experience of caring for a family member who has an acquired brain injury.

For us, it's personal.

Today we work as a specialist provider in complex care at home for children, young people and adults who have long-term health conditions.


Where


Based out of out Head Office at Whitstable, with occasional travel to our other branches in Folkestone, Maidstone, Essex, Sussex and Hampshire.

(Additional travel mileage is reimbursed or a company loan car is provided).


When

  • 37.5 hours per week (Monday
  • Friday)

We'll give you

  • A basic salary of £24, 000 (rising to £27, 000 upon completion of successful probation)
  • 25 days holiday plus UK bank holidays

You'll need

  • 1 year recruiter experience, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • GCSEs at grade C and above (including Maths and English)
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office, Outlook and databases
You should be

  • A real people person you'll be approachable with a personable nature
  • Able to work autonomously, building your own pipeline and pushing through applicants.
  • Confident when working in a fastpaced environment
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Adaptable and flexible when it comes to weekend availability (time off in lieu given)
