As Customer Service Advisor, you will be arranging transport of customers vehicles using hauliers and subcontractors.Client Details
A leading and national Automotive & Logistics company based near the Birmingham Airport and NEC.
Description
As Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:
- You will be utilising a list of hauliers to ring through and negotiate best transport rates/solutions for the delivery of customers' vehicles
- Working to strict SLAs to ensure that the customers vehicle is delivered to avoid penalties being charged
Profile
The successful Customer Service Advisor will be:
- Proactive
- Organised
- Able to build successful working relationships with the Drivers
- Able to work in a fast paced working environment
Job Offer
As Customer Service Advisor, you will be entitled to the following:
