Key Accountabilities:_

  • Responsible for maintaining the Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule
  • Organising the paperwork
  • Responsible for any correspondence regarding external contractors
  • Responsible for maintaining the stock management and order parts from suppliers as per the need and maintaining the stock record log
  • Responsible for maintaining the Reactive Maintenance Log
  • Responsible for Supervising and managing the contractors
  • Responsible for liaising with internal stakeholders for any maintenance queries
  • Supporting engineers on daily basis with admin support
  • Responsible for planning internal and external work

What you'll need:_

  • Experience working in similar role in Food manufacturing
  • Experience working in Food Manufacturing
  • IT literacy with experience of MS Office and excellent Excel skills
  • High level of reliability and flexibility is required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
