Sales Team Leader Key Responsibilities:

Customer Satisfaction: Address customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance and trends.

Data Analysis: Analyse data to make informed decisions and recommendations.

Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team.

Team Leader Qualifications:

No previous experience required as all training is provided.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field is a plus.
Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude with a keen sense of initiative.
