Hybrid remote - Based in our NEW office in Bristol (BS13)
Salary:
£21, % annual bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday (Between 8am - 6pm)

As our Recruitment Coordinator, you will support the Team Leader to recruit and onboard Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants to the agency to support our clients needs.
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service experience to providenurses with the best experience when guiding them through the recruitment and onboarding process.

Every day you will
- Work closely with the recruitment teams to support with administrative tasks to ensure the recruitment process runs as smoothly as possible
- Manage and maintain all compliance checks and documentation provided by applicants, ensuring they meet our requirements
- Work as part of a productive team making sure the departments objectives and KPI's are being met

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...
- Previous customer service experience with an excellent telephone manner
- Experience in a fastpaced busy environment
- Experience dealing with a high volume of phone calls
