Description

Domestic Afternoon Supervisor will be employed to supervise staff delivering the domestic and housekeeping services.

Supervisor skills and should possess levels of flexibility and competence to allow them to perform the following:

Manage, supervise domestic supervisors and domestic and housekeeping staff.
Responsible for cleanliness monitoring outcomes, ensuring a proactive approach to managing standards is delivered, ensuring corrective actions are taken for any failed area
Assist with design and implementation of any service developments designed to create a better GMS service standard which can also increase rates of productivity and customer satisfaction
