Customer Service Specialist
Based at
Altham, Nr Burnley

Negotiable Salary + Company Benefits.


We are currently recruiting for an experienced, enthusiastic
Customer Service Specialist to work as part of our Customer Service Team based at our Global HQ in Altham.

You will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of customers, handling everything from, general enquiries, sales order entry through to a full office installation; ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved at all times.


The Role:


  • Establishing and maintaining a strong professional relationship with external sales teams and customers.
  • This role provides the link between, external sales team, customers, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Completing all relevant paperwork and administration.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

The Person:


  • Previous Customer Service experience working within a fast paced office environment.
  • Experience of excel / order processing with high levels of accuracy and concentration.
  • An excellent telephone manner, polite, friendly and informative.
  • Able to react quickly to all customer enquiries and offer solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate with strong IT skills.
  • A professional approach needed to deal with complicated situations but to remain calm under pressure.

Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm & Friday 9am - 2:30pm.
