Here at Interlink we have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a prestigious national law firm that ranks highly within the Top 200 UK Law firm.

This is an opportunity to join one of their offices across the country, London, Reading,Solent or Birmingham, in a "Platinum Standard" Investor in People and an innovate practice.

The Role

  • The role offers a breadth of work where you will be involved in all aspects of M&A, VC and PE deals, joint ventures and reorganisations.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with leading individuals and top ranked teams at both a local and national level and will be encouraged to take part in clint development and BD activities from the outset.
  • England and Wales qualified Solicitor. with 3+ years PQE.
  • Ideally need to be currently practicing as an incentives specialist, or spend a large part of your current role advising on incentive matters.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrate sound judgement and a thoughtful and practical approach to problemsolving
  • Be capable of working independently, but also be collegiate and a team player
  • Have a keen desire to learn and gain experience of a wide variety of work
