About Our Client:

Our client is a renowned player in the property industry with a significant presence across the UK. With a workforce of over 1000 employees, this company has an established reputation for building and managing high-quality properties.

Due to recent changes they are looking for a Senior Credit Controller to join the team, support the AR Manager and mentor the more junior members of the team.

This is a permanent role, with 4 days in their offices based in Canary Wharf.

Senior Credit Controller, East London

Oversee credit control processes and ensure they are conducted efficiently.
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure all invoices are accurate and paid promptly.
Liaise with clients to address any creditrelated issues and queries.
Implement proactive measures to minimise risk of bad debt.
Prepare and present regular reports on credit control performance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental objectives.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the credit control function.

The Successful Applicant:

A successful Senior Credit Controller should have:

A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or related field.
Proven experience in a similar credit control role within the property industry.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
