Description
To provide administrative support to a busy production office:- Preparing and processsing production orders, following procedures and quality controls.
- Produce work instructions and process completed orders through the ERP system.
- Creation of labels.
- Ensure key information is recorded accurately.
- Promote and develop positive communication with all departments working closely particularly with Production, Customer Service and Quality Depts.
- Other General Administrative tasks including providing holiday cover and support to manufacturing, finance and customer services.
Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 weeks
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
£10,000.00-£12,000.00 per year

Education:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
