Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Roll forming Setter/Operator to join a well-established engineering company in Oldbury, West Midlands on a Permanent basis.

This is a permanent full time position, working as part of a team within a busy fast-paced production environment, working with and operating complex roll forming lines.

Duties & responsibilities of the role:

Achieve daily targets to meet customer demand
Carry out the necessary operations accurately to complete orders
Record process data and use electronic production control systems
Work on own initiative and problem solve
Follow verbal or written instructions and work to set out procedures
Maintain awareness and ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, housekeeping standards and company rules and procedures
Seek continuous improvement related to the business KPI
Proven experience in setting and operating complex roll forming lines
Be well organised, multiskilled, selfmotivated and professional
Have good timekeeping and attendance
Be able to prioritise the workload and work to tight deadlines
Be responsible for achieving key objectives
Be an effective Team player

**Salary, working hours and benefits:
- **- £26,904 per annum

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:00pm with half hour lunch break each day and 07:30am to 12:30pm with no lunch break on Friday of each week. (37 hours in total, paid monthly)
