The Role

Reporting to Head of Operations the Site Manager will be responsible for

Full site ownership
Audits, Health & Safety, external visitors
Production and Production Planning
People and performance management of your direct reports
Engineering
Process Development, Technical and Hygiene
Despatch and Stores
Cost control
Directing and coordinating activities
Capex budget
The Site manager will also maintain a focus on Health and Safety

You

Factory based food manufacturing experience ideally in fresh produce or food

- currently operating as a production manager, site manager or operations manager looking to make the exciting career step into a Site Manager position

Have the potential to drive the sites success
Have a background from production
Experience of BRC (British Retail Consortium) Audits
