Job OverviewServe as a specialist responsible for executing IT-related procedures to oversee the performance and reporting of laboratory assays. Serve as the key point of contact for routine IT technical inquiries from the Laboratory team.
Key Responsibilities and Functions:
- Contribute to process improvements and troubleshoot to enhance efficiencies and ensure highquality delivery.
- Provide support for IT, software, and interfacing projects, actively participating in the implementation phase.
- Assist in the implementation of data integrity measures.
- Perform and document systems testing in adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop new standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain existing SOPs related to departmental activities on both regional and global scales.
