Are you an experienced Supervisor looking for that step into a
Production Manager role? As the new
Production Manager, you'll have experience of working in a manufacturing and/or production environment and be detail orientated with experience of being able to change and direct work schedules based on current output, supply and customerdemands.


As the
Production Manager you will also:

  • Manage the introduction of Continuous Improvement and Lean manufacturing methods / reduction of waste.
  • Plan and organise production schedules, managing nonconforming components to include working with Quality on route cause analysis and countermeasure.
  • Investigate and reinvent suitable testing procedures and equipment.
  • Manage machine maintenance and identify new machinery requirements for improvements of quality or quantity.
  • Manage team members, encouraging and mentoring junior members of the team.
  • Review current and new processes for improvements.
  • Support the introduction of a new company ERP.
  • Work with Purchasing on parts availability.

This role offers 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
