We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Assistant to join our team.

As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring accuracy in our accounting processes.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and wants to grow their career in the field.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Purchase Ledger
  • Inputting invoices/date entry in construction Manager and sage auto
  • Daily banking reconciliations
  • Monthly reconciliations of Supplier Statements
  • Creating Sales Invoices
  • Creating Journals
  • Providing administrative support to the team

Qualification Requirements

Essential

  • AAT Level 2 years' experience within a finance department
  • Previous knowledge or use of Sage
  • Outstanding attention to detail with an ability to reconcile complex accounts.
  • Knowledge of Double Entry
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
