We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Assistant to join our team.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring accuracy in our accounting processes.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and wants to grow their career in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase Ledger
- Inputting invoices/date entry in construction Manager and sage auto
- Daily banking reconciliations
- Monthly reconciliations of Supplier Statements
- Creating Sales Invoices
- Creating Journals
- Providing administrative support to the team
Qualification Requirements
Essential
- AAT Level 2 years' experience within a finance department
- Previous knowledge or use of Sage
- Outstanding attention to detail with an ability to reconcile complex accounts.
- Knowledge of Double Entry
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
