Venn Group is currently working with an NHS Trust, based in London, who are recruiting for an ESR Specialist/Workforce Analyst to join their team.
Rate:
£220.77(PAYE) to £ Umbrella) per day
Location:
London (Hybrid)
IR35 Status:
Inside
Duration: 3 to 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and generate reports from workforce information
- Extract workforce data from one system and place onto new platform
- In depth analysis of workforce plans
- Present reports to various stakeholders
- Process Freedom of Information Requests
- Continue with new workforce system implementation
- ESR Optimization
- Previous experience analysing ESR/Workforce data
- Qlik Sense/QlikView experience(beneficial)
- NHS/Healthcare experience
- Previous experience reporting to senior stakeholders
