Business Admin Support

Location:
Leicester, LE1

Salary - £22k - £25k DOE


We are looking for someone to join our team to help with all areas of the day-to-day business administration across our learning and development product and services range.


The role:


  • Updating internal CRM and Customer Knowledge Bases
  • Helping to set up and maintain Learning Management Systems for our customers
  • General administration for our classroombased learning programmes
  • Preparing documents through editing, printing and binding
  • Helping to produce and update customer communications, reports and statistics
  • Organising and booking travel, together with diary management for the Directors of the business
  • Help organise any events, conferences or webinars
  • Liaising with staff, partners, customers and suppliers
  • Participate in weekly business meetings


This is a role best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced work environment, is resilient and enthusiastic about a career in business administration as well as developing their skills.

We are looking for a pro-active individual who is organised and adaptable.

You will be able to liaise with clients, suppliers and other team members on a day-to-day basis so excellent communication skills are essential.

The ability to think on your feet and deal with problems as they arise, identify the root of the issue, seek a solution and implement it is a fundamental life skill.
