Supporting the ServiceDesk with Microsoft 365 / Power platform queries.

Logging queries on the Service desk platform Specifically ServiceNow

Coordinating and training software updates to users across the business

Review Microsoft 365 software release notes and inform users of available fixes or updated functionality

Keep up to date with the latest developments for both Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
