Teaching Assistant | The Job

  • Primary Teaching Assistant role in Newcastle
  • Fulltime, Term-Time position, Monday
  • Friday, 8.30am 4pm
  • Immediate starts available | £ £11.50 per hour
  • Primary Teaching Assistant based in KS1 and KS2

Teaching Assistant | Job Specification

  • Minimum of a Level 2 qualification within childcare
  • Strong A-Level and GCSE grades
  • Regulation; Team Teach (safe handling)
  • Experience of working with small or large groups
  • Experience of using visual resources, including visual
- timetables; now & next boards; check lists

  • Experience of/training in phonics & early reading

We are looking for Experienced, NQT and ECT's to assist in support Primary aged children in arrange of year groups.
