My client, a renowned
FMCG business based in
SIDCUP, is seeking an accomplished
INTERIM DEPUTY PAYROLL MANAGER (3-6 months)to join them on an interim basis.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- As the Interim Deputy Payroll Manager, you will be looking after a team of four and ensuring the preparation/processing of the fortnightly payroll for circa 8000 staff.
- Ensure the relevant compliance with the company's policies and procedures
- Providing support to the Payroll Manager
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Proactive and committed, honest and trustworthy
- Strong communication skills, both written, verbal and presentational
- Customer focused, understanding the needs of customers and the importance of providing solutions to satisfy short and longterm objectives.
- Builds effective relationships through positive communication that motivates and influences others
- Process mindset
- Ideally some payroll qualification or qualified through experience
- Multisite, services type industry experience ideally
- Experience of fast moving, dynamic, noisy payrolls
