My client, a renowned
FMCG business based in
SIDCUP, is seeking an accomplished
INTERIM DEPUTY PAYROLL MANAGER (3-6 months)to join them on an interim basis.

This role requires the successful person to spend at least 3 days in the Sidcup office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Interim Deputy Payroll Manager, you will be looking after a team of four and ensuring the preparation/processing of the fortnightly payroll for circa 8000 staff.
Ensure the relevant compliance with the company's policies and procedures
Providing support to the Payroll Manager

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Proactive and committed, honest and trustworthy
Strong communication skills, both written, verbal and presentational
Customer focused, understanding the needs of customers and the importance of providing solutions to satisfy short and longterm objectives.
Builds effective relationships through positive communication that motivates and influences others
Process mindset
Ideally some payroll qualification or qualified through experience
Multisite, services type industry experience ideally
Experience of fast moving, dynamic, noisy payrolls
