We are looking for 2 Healthcare Support Workers who are interested in joining a highly motivated and award-winning team. Working within the general hospitals to support patients over the age of 65 with a mental health diagnosis.


Being in a hospital can be a frightening time for most of us, which can be exasperated by a diagnosis such as dementia.

Your role would be to provide person-centred care and meaningful activities to meet the needs of the patient.

Ensuring that we encourage and support individuals to further their educational needs to develop themselves and their future development within the health care service.


If you are interested in working with us, you will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to enable clients' independence, rights, choices and dignity.

A caring and compassionate attitude is essential.

Whilst experience of working within mental health or learning disability setting would be desirable it is not essential -it's more about what you can bring to the role.
