Summary of Role:
To inherit and manage a portfolio of Real Estate Finance clients (property investment transactions typically £2-20m in size) with a remit to grow the portfolio,
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Deliver a continuous pipeline of new business opportunities
- Accountable for proactive management of the portfolio from origination, inlife to closeout/repayment in line with company policy and procedures
- Maintain and grow an introducer network to support requirement for new business
- Comply with banks strategy, risk, regulatory and operational policies
- To positively represent and promote the banks proposition in the external market
- Collaborate with the wider Commercial team and other internal business units to deliver great customer outcomes
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
Advanced technical skills and experience in the structuring of Real Estate Finance transactions to achieve the best outcomes for customers and the bank
Proven track record of relationship management and business origination in a commercial banking (or very similar) environment
