Procurement Manager

Permanent

£30,000-£40,000 Per Annum & Performance Bonus

Leicester

Procurement Manager

  • Report directly to the Branch Manager.
  • Identifying potential supplier sources.
  • Conducting interviews with potential vendors.
  • Negotiating the best possible supplier agreements.
  • Managing supplier and vendor contracts.
  • Managing New Supplier Approvals.
  • Managing Preferred supplier status.
  • Monitoring and Managing Group supplier spend (across 4 branches)
  • Managing and approving existing supply chain.
  • Utilising existing supplier database.
  • Supporting and managing the Group's purchasing requirements.

Procurement Manager

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications:


  • Industry knowledge.
  • Ability to be selfmotivated and to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing supplier due diligence and performance.
  • Experience in contract management.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Previous experience in a procurement role.
  • Knowledge and ability to advise on compliance.
