Our client is a leading global producer in their field and now looking to recruit into their site in Hartlepool.

They are looking to recruit a
Production Operator (time served fitter).
Key Responsibilities

You will be expected to work as part of a team in managing day to day housekeeping and general maintenance/production issues.
To carry out quality checks at required intervals
Preventative maintenance when required.
To complete all required production documentation accurately and on time
To keep supervisor or setter informed of all problems and material deficiencies
Ensure accurate handovers are conducted at the start and end of shift.
Ensure your working area is always kept clean and tidy
Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and sharing information.
To be flexible in undertaking duties and responsibilities, may be asked to perform other duties which reasonably correspond to the general character of the position and are commensurate with its level of responsibility.
To ensure that you take care of your own health & safety. To be aware of the impact that your acts or omissions may have on other people.
To cooperate with your manager to enable your employer to comply with its statutory duties for health & safety.
To report immediately any injury or imminent risk of injury to the shift manager or production manager.
Assess jobs' risks before starting them.
