Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to homeowners to introduce our comprehensive range of security products.
Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations, understanding their needs and concerns.
Showcase the benefits and features of our security solutions, tailoring the pitch to each customer's unique requirements.
Effectively communicate pricing, promotions, and package options to maximize sales opportunities.
Overcome objections and address any questions or hesitations to successfully close sales.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, goaloriented work environment.

Qualifications:

Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive demeanor.
Ability to actively listen, understand customer needs, and empathize with their concerns.
Strong negotiation and objectionhandling abilities to close sales effectively.
Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
Familiarity with security products or home improvement industry is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for achieving targets.
