Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to homeowners to introduce our comprehensive range of security products.
- Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations, understanding their needs and concerns.
- Showcase the benefits and features of our security solutions, tailoring the pitch to each customer's unique requirements.
- Effectively communicate pricing, promotions, and package options to maximize sales opportunities.
- Overcome objections and address any questions or hesitations to successfully close sales.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, goaloriented work environment.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to actively listen, understand customer needs, and empathize with their concerns.
- Strong negotiation and objectionhandling abilities to close sales effectively.
- Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Familiarity with security products or home improvement industry is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for achieving targets.
