Watt Quality and Compliance Processor

£20,000 - £24,000 p/a (depending on experience) & Performance related bonus scheme and incentives + progression

Manchester City Centre

Monday-Friday 9.00am-4.45pm office based

Sat within our flourishing Compliance department, are exclusively recruiting on behalf of our well-established and market-leading business based in Manchester, who due to continued growth are looking for Quality and Compliance processors to join our successful team.

You will support the safe and accurate delivery of contracts to our suppliers by providing the final line of support.

You will ensure the accurate and safe delivery of contracts from our sales staff to our various suppliers. Held to account, we reward outstanding performance with eligibility for a quarterly bonus when attaining volume and qualitative KPIs.


Quality Processor responsibilities include:


  • Delivering the final internal administration checks prior to cascading the information externally.
  • The understanding and delivery of various supplier processes.
  • Interpreting the contract data and submitting this to our suppliers via external system such as portals, batch uploads via excel, or API.
  • Vetting for highrisk clients and managing appropriately with suppliers.
  • Communicating with external suppliers to discuss credit referrals and ensuring service level agreements are upheld on behalf of our clients.
  • Effective troubleshooting, to aid the efficiency of the wider team.
  • Effective management of worklog tracker.
  • Reviewing internal audit feedback and implementing learns into the delivery of your duties.

Quality Processor experience required:


  • Exceptional attention to detail, primarily in repetitive tasks
  • Motivated by volume productivity
    Good working knowledge of excel:
  • Capability to learn new and varying IT systems
  • Diligence and contentiousness
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Team player
    Autonomous of own work:
