We have a vacancy within the Theatre Recovery Department at University Hospital Crosshouse and are looking for new staff to join our team.
Working closely with medical and nursing staff within both University Hospital Ayr and Crosshouse, you would require to carry out clinical tasks such as cannulation, venepuncture, electrocardiograms and arterial blood gas sampling.
Experience in carrying out electrocardiograms and arterial blood gas sampling would be desirable but not essential as training will be provided where required.
You should be a team player and have the ability work in a fast moving environment. You are required to work collaboratively in a safe, caring and respectful way. You will work rotation of day shift and night shift. Experience of working in an acute care healthcare setting and a willingness to undertake further training and education to function in this role are essentialBand hours
