We are looking for an enthusiastic B2B telesales representative to contact potential customers and present our services in order to generate sales.

You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective telesales representative must be a confident and excellent communicator at all levels.

You must be comfortable with cold calling local businesses, obtaining the decision makers details and presenting our services to them over the phone.


Your goal here at KeyPlus Security is to help the company grow by bringing in new customers whilst developing existing business.


The role is offered on a part time basis of 20 hrs per week working Monday to Thursday 5 hours per day 09:30 to 14:30.


The salary offered is £12,000 per annum with an uncapped commission of 10% per sale giving an OTE earning potential of £25,000 per annum.


Requirements & Skills:


  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other B2B sales role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of computer programs (e.g. CRM systems)
  • The ability to learn about the services KeyPlus Security offer and describe/explain them to new prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written english
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • The ability to handle rejection
  • Planning and prioritising your daily workload and constructively manage your own time
  • The ability to upsell our services

Responsibilities:


  • Contacting Potential or existing customers to inform them about our services
  • Answering questions about the company and the many services we offer
  • Ask questions to understand the customer requirements and potentially close the sale
  • Enter and update potential customer information on to our database
  • Ensure the services set up process is completed with the office team
  • Ensuring your sales targets are met or exceeded on a monthly basis.
  • Provide a detailed overview of the monthly sales figures and potential future prospects.
