Description
Adecco are working with a fantastic client to recruit a marketing coordinator. This is an exciting role for an all round marketing pro.You will be responsible for creatively helping to build brand awareness through both traditional marketing and media campaigns.
Working alongside the marketing manager you will support on driving the organisations communications and PR strategy to increase overall recognition.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead on the development and implementation of marketing, communication, and PR strategy to deliver effective and timely communication to key audiences. Proactively contribute to the further development of strategies using initiative and innovative thinking.
- Lead on the creation and recording of assessment and support materials.
- Responsible for the editing and quality checks of assessment and support materials.
- Responsible the social media channels, ensuring ongoing substantial growth, delivering agreed targets.
- Responsible for all creative content, producing high quality and clearly written visual content to communicate effectively to all internal and external stakeholders including media, customers, and partners.
- Ensure the development of the website supports the marketing strategy by providing infrastructure and overseeing the work on creative content.
- Assist with the management and development of innovative digital products and services including the videos and content on the Learning Hub.
- Support the Marketing Manager to develop and build trusted relationships with local, national and international partners to ensure our voice is heard in the sector and wider media.
- Provide support on behalf of the organisation at events ensuring our reputation is managed and maximum exposure is achieved.

- Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects or Premier Pro/Photoshop
- Hub System
Requirements:
Education/Qualifications
- GCSE English or equivalent.
- Educated to FE/A level or the ability to demonstrate equivalent standard.
Experience
- Marketing, media, or PR experience in a small to medium organisation.
- Design Experience (Adobe).
- Video Editing and best practice.
- Creative Content creation.
- Web content management systems.
