Kitchen Assistant needed for a busy West End kitchen.

MUST HAVE OF EXPERIENCE COOKING BOTH FUNCTION FOOD AND BUSY BAR STYLE FOOD WORKING SOLO

Would suit a newly starting junior chef as role is a mix of food preparation and KP role.

Duties to include all washing up of service crockery & cutlery, pots and pans, cleaning the equipment and the kitchen to a high standard, and assisting the chef with food prep, Also cooking and serving meals and functions in the chefs absence hours a week depending on functions three to four days out of Mon to Friday plus the first Sunday of every month, and occasional Saturday.

Must be a confident self starter.
