We are manufacturing company based in Mundford, Norfolk just under a 3 acre site Home and Business looking for some extra help with some building projects, maintaining the property and grounds.

Job Role:
Building Work, Grounds Maintenance and Improving things

Part Time: 2 days per week Friday - Saturday 9am - 5.30pm (Other days are possible)

As mentioned above, nearly a 3 acre site with many things to improve, I don't get enough time as become very busy so require some help.

As a idea of jobs required doing:

General Building Work
Ground works
Fencing
Fixing fencing
Shed Building
Painting (with industrial sprayer much faster than with a brush)
Improving things around the property to make jobs become easier
General handy work
Installing floodlights
Running pipes
Woodwork
Mini digger and use of mini tractor
Grass Cutting
Hedges trimming
General grounds cleaning
Clearing Leaves
Pruning trees
Weed killing

No brick laying / plastering skills required, but we give pretty much everything else a try and require the right applicant to aswell

We do have a fully skilled team that can do electrics, plumbing and groundwork's for support when we do larger jobs around the property.

We encourage to always improve what we are doing, ie: if we put weed barrier down, next year we won't need to kill as many weeds, or setting up all our tools where we need them, just as example.

All equipment / tools supplied

Much be capable of working well alone and being responsible.

12 month Contact - We have enough jobs and projects for a years work, at the end of this period it could be continued depending at the jobs that need doing and maintaining.
