ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
An exciting role working as a Manufacturing Operative:
- Ensure the highest quality of standards are maintained in every process
- Operation of filling, mixing and other specialized machinery.
- Packing and preparing goods for dispatch.
- Maintain area of responsibility and site to 5S standards.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement activity programme set out by business.
- Demonstrate best practice in all aspects of health, safety and environment within the role and to cooperate with other team members, as necessary, to support site wide compliance.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Will demonstrate a real passion and commitment and strive to achieve excellence in every aspect of the role.
- Be comfortable both when working alone and when cooperating with others
- Will demonstrate integrity, honesty, fairness and respect in all that they do.
- Have UK residency, be eligible to work in UK.
