Senior Consultant (Secondment opportunity)

About the role
This is a vital role within WME.

You will be joining a team which leads all our commercial recruitment services including management and strategic direction of our flagship regional jobs board WMJobs, our Talent Acquisition service, Executive and Non-Executive Recruitment consultancy and WMTemps the first regional agency service for local government.

If you enjoy working with partners, building relationships and doing business development, then this could be the right role for you.

This role will be focused on the development and delivery of WMEs Executive Recruitment/Interim service and overseeing the delivery of our strategic partnership with Opus People Solutions who deliver the WMTemps service.

In addition, you will manage all our other existing contracts with our partner organisations and identify opportunities for growth and see these through to completion.

Your experience may come from the public or private sector.

What is key is your understanding of recruitment, the challenges facing the sector and being able to form positive relationships with partner organisations to deliver tangible outcomes.

You will work with a team of talented recruitment experts responsible for delivering our services.

You'll also be a trusted consultant, advising and building a network of professionals across the sector in regard to new recruitment initiatives and programmes.

The Resourcing portfolio which you will be responsible for growing and leading includes the following areas:

• Growth and delivery of the Executive/Non Executive Recruitment Consultancy

• WMTemps

• First regional agency service for local government
• Interim Management
• Partner Relationship management
