Wood is recruiting for a Document Control Clerk to join its team for 30 hours per week over 4 days.
This is a site based role in Teeside for a major client of WoodJoin a culture of innovation

RESPONSIBILITIES
Typical responsibilities
You will be part of a team responsible for managing and administering client document control systems and responding to client registry enquiries.
Adhere to and comply with relevant Wood and Client processes and procedures in the support and execution of work activities
Administering the client document control systems including SharePoint, Microsoft Access databases and paper-based filing systems
Responding to client requests in a timley manner
Carrying out audits of client systems
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills And Qualifications
Expected:
Relevant experience in a document control/document registry administrative role
Experience of Microsoft SharePoint administration activities
Understanding of technical engineering terminology
Organised approach in planning and completing assigned activities
Professional demeanor with appropriate interpersonal and communication skills
Good team working skills
Quality focused with attention to detail
Proactive, enthusiastic, conscientious and keen to learn
Excellent communicator, both verbal and written requirements
This role is based across multiple sites on Teesside therefore own transportation is essential
