WebMarketing has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts & Admin Exec to join our team in a fast-growing award-winning marketing agency based near Doncaster.

Brief description of the role:

This role is a central role and as such is very varied. Ultimately you will be responsible for ensuring that both the office and accounts environment runs efficiently. The right person for this role will be a good all-rounder, well organised and an expert multi-tasker.

They will need to have previous experience of accounts and payroll as this does consist of a large percentage of the day-to-day tasks.


Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Sales and purchase ledger
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Debtor management
  • Running monthly payroll and HR administration
  • Health & Safety administration
  • Ordering materials such as stationary, furniture and equipment for the building.
  • Dealing with all office and building related insurances
  • Answering the phone, greeting visitors and diary management
  • General admin expenses etc
  • Organising events and outside appointments
  • Additional general administration duties as and when needed.

What we're looking for:


  • Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High standard of written and spoken English.
  • Good telephone manner
  • Understanding of Sage Accounts/payroll package
  • Proficient user of MS Office packages
  • Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Proactive and willing to 'go the extra mile' to get the job done.
