Description
As an accounts administration assistant your role will be to:

  • Monitor Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Prepare, send and store invoices
  • Work with commercial team to respond to client queries
  • Payment collection and chasing
  • Keeping organised records
  • Investigating and preparing responses to chargeback queries
  • Assist with Adhoc administration tasks

Salary:
£22,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Belfast, BT1 4NX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
