A global private equity company is currently searching for an enthusiastic and hardworking Senior Executive Assistant/ Admin Manager to join their team in London in a hybrid working pattern.

You will be based in beautifully modern, opened planned officesurrounded by busy, friendly and passionate colleagues.


Based in the West End, this Executive assistant/ Admin manager role will be perfect for a real team player who is flexible, efficient and who enjoys working in a high volume and demanding role.


Main Responsibilities;

  • Extensive diary management; arranging and rescheduling meetings and calls
  • International travel arrangements; flights, hotels, transfers
  • Event management
  • Facilities management
  • Minute taking and distribution
  • Line management of Administration Team
  • Goto person for the London office

Skills and Requirements;

  • A proven background as a PA/EA with Administration Management responsibilities is essential
  • Minute taking experience is required
  • Happy to help personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Line management experience would be seen as an advantage
