About The Role:

RAC Legal Services is part of the RAC group, one of the most recognised brands in the UK.

We provide accurate, initial legal advice and assistance to our RAC and Corporate partner customers by telephone on a range of private law matters, such as personal injury, consumer rights, employment law, wills and probate.

As a phone based legal advisor, you will be responsible for:
Providing high quality legal advice on a range of legal matters, predominantly through the telephone legal advice line

Working within agreed service levels and quality standards

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction

Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and case law

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Minimum qualification of LLB (or equivalent)

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

A customer-focused approach

The ability to work independently and as part of a team


We offer:
A competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per year (depending on experience)


Hybrid working

No Weekend or Bank Holiday working
A full-time contract (35 hours per week)
