BUSINESS BACKGROUND

We are a mission-focused profitable B2C business with more than 60 million registered users in approximately 70 countries already holding our native in-app "token".

Despite being centralised, inflationary and "walled garden" this "token" already changes people's day-to-day lives for the better by making them 20% more physically active and facilitated $65M of value exchanged in the last quarter alone.

With our scale (400M trx/month and 1,000+ trx/sec at peak) we could not make a move towards decentralisation earlier due to throughput limitations, however having cryptocurrency that is decentralised, deflationary and interoperable has always been our vision and is desired by passionate users within our community.

We want to welcome you to the mission of driving, scaling and unlocking the vast amount of value for our users and other crypto communities and to help us deliver the largest token distribution event in the history of crypto.

We are looking for a leader who is great at defining a vision, thinking and planning strategically, and executing on that plan along with the team.

You should be an effective and inspirational leader and coach people for your team, and have a passion for decentralisation, empowering communities through tokenisation, and, importantly, be fun and easy to work with Your scope will be quite broad and you will have the opportunity to continue growing in responsibility over time.

The role:

Rewards is the flagship feature of the Sweat Wallet and one of the most widely used products in the whole of Web3.

The first version of Rewards has been a success and we are looking for someone to unlock the vast potential of this feature.

Success will be determined by innovating and optimising the Rewards feature.

Responsibilities:

Optimisation: create a framework for testing and optimising Rewards such that the feature is continuously improving. This will involve working multiple internal teams, including data, product and marketing teams.
Product innovation: work with our product team to add new features to Rewards. This may include new optin, distribution and marketing channels.
Management: you will grow and manage a small dedicated internal team plus create and manage internal and external stakeholders.
Budget allocation: the Sweat Foundation is currently investing several hundred thousand dollars per month into Rewards. You will be responsible for allocating and managing this budget.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience of working in a client facing role for a crypto company.
Experience of successfully using data to improve results.
You live and breathe crypto.
Must be a selfstarter, creative thinker, and quick learner that requires very little oversight
Must be a pleasure to work with, flexible, and easygoing
Selfmotivated and capable of setting goals and seeing projects through to completion
Thrives in fastpaced environments and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities
You have strong personal organization and project management abilities
Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, build rapport, tell stories, and relate to others in both written and verbal forms
Native or Fluent English
You want to change people's lives for the better and break traditional norms
