Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Representative.

As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.


Duties:


  • Communicate with customers to assist with inquiries, orders, and concerns
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and promotions
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Perform data entry to update customer information and maintain accurate records
  • Analyze customer interactions to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling
  • Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and coordinating returns or exchanges

Experience:


  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively listen and respond to customer needs
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,647.75 per year
